Introduction
Your use of this website constitutes your agreement and acceptance of the following terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

Ordering
- You select the items you’d like to purchase and place them in the virtual basket. You may view your basket at any time and add, modify or remove products.
- After finishing shopping and in order to check out and complete your purchase you will click on the button “Proceed to checkout”, you will be asked to enter information relating to delivery and to select a payment method
- Shipping costs will be added to your order according to your delivery address.
- You will be redirected to a secure banking page to make a secure payment.
- You will receive the order acknowledgement by e-mail after you place the order.
- We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail once we have received the corresponding payment. Reception of this e-mail confirms our acceptance of your order. If you do not receive this order confirmation e-mail, your order has not been validated.
- You will also be sent e-mail providing a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Price
All prices stated on the website are in euros and include 21% value added tax (VAT) rate applicable in Lithuania. Product prices do not include delivery charges.
Product prices as stated on the website can be amended at any time. The prices applicable to your order are those stated on the date you place your order.
Payment
We accept payments using following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club. When you make a purchase you will be redirected to Braintree by PayPal which automatically encrypts your confidential information that is passed through a secure server SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
If any problems arise when placing an order, please contact us by e-mail. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after you place the order.
Shipping
Linoroom agrees to ship all ordered goods within 1 to 5 business days after the payment of the goods is received.
If some item is in backorder we will communicate by e:mail about delivery term. If ordered item/s are made to order specially for you , we will inform by e-mail about delivery term.
Delivery is made by different providers, depending on destination and speed of delivery. We will e-mail you a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.
The estimated delivery times stated in this website’s “Delivery and Charges” section are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Linoroom is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.
The shipping rates stated in this website’s “Delivery and Charges” section is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
International Taxes (outside EU)
The order price and shipping charges as stated in the website is not inclusive of any taxes, customs and/or import duties that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Linoroom has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering
Returns, Exchange and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 20 days following receipt of your parcel for refund or exchange.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, suitably protected, and clearly in unused condition. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be reimbursed.
Linoroom must approve all returns. Before shipping back your return, You must notify your decision to return the goods by sending e-mail o contact@linoroom.com citing Order ID and the Item Code you want to return and we will send you return instructions. For your protection items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery” so they can be signed for and it has to have a tracking number. Linoroom will not be responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order please contact us by mail within 48 hours from receipt of parcel and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund. In this case we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges, so please attach the correct postage receipt.
Once returned items are received and they are in required condition we will reimburse to you the amount you paid for the products within 5 days of product receipt. We will make reimbursement via the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we will cover postage costs only in case you return us the product because of quality issues.
We reserve the right established by law to not change or accept returns of good quality custom made goods.
Damaged Goods
If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order please contact us by mail within 48 hours from receipt of parcel and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund.
Privacy
In order to purchase from linoroom.com we ask you to set up an account and your personal information will be requested. The personal information we collect will only be used by Linoroom, for the purposes of fulfilling orders, tracking your purchase history, providing a more efficient customer service and shopping experience, and for general marketing purposes. Force Majeur
In case of Force Majeur, Linoroom obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Linoroom can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Linoroom. A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Linoroom will under such circumstances do everything we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
General Conditions
Products displayed on this website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. We aim to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply products to any individual or company.
